Job summary

First Chair Destinations is seeking a Front Desk Specialist in Breckenridge, CO. You will be the primary contact for guests, vendors, and owners, handling calls, emails, and chats to resolve reservations questions while coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth stays.

This role requires strong customer service, organization, and the ability to travel between worksites as needed. Weekend and holiday shifts are possible, with a 30–40 hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or customer service experience.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for guests, vendors and owners at the local management office.
• Answer phones, emails and chats to resolve reservations questions and concerns.
• Assist with maintenance and housekeeping tickets as needed.
• Verify unit availability for vendor visits and scheduling.
• Maintain guest satisfaction metrics and ensure accurate inquiries-to-reservations conversions.
