• Computer proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn new skills.
• Experience coordinating reservations and front desk operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and developing daily Front Desk operations; forecasting and analyzing sales and revenue, labor, and profit; ensuring budget compliance; scheduling, supervising, and participating in operational duties.
• Recruit, supervise, train, scheduling, disciplining, reviewing, and directing front desk staff.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
• Ensure cash and cash equivalents are balanced at start and end of each shift.
• Maintain a safe facility environment and report safety or quality control issues.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, guests, associates, and vendors.
• Perform unit opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor safety issues and report to manager.
