Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead by example at the Rewards desk and on the casino floor.
• Support team in enrolling new members and communicating benefits.
• Promote Monarch Rewards membership and casino promotions.
• Provide desk support: opening membership accounts and answering calls.
• Address escalated guest concerns professionally and involve management when needed.
• Ensure accurate entry of guest information into the patron system.
• Prepare shift reports and share updates with management.
• Assist with promotions and events during peak guest volume.
• Maintain knowledge of resort offerings and relay accurate information to guests and team members.
