Job summary

Heyday Phoenix is hiring a Front of House / Sales Associate to deliver a warm, elevated client experience from first contact to departure. You’ll balance hospitality with business goals, guiding clients to treatments, memberships, and rebooking opportunities while supporting the studio behind the scenes.

In this role you’ll turn inquiries into bookings, educate clients on enhancements, and help maintain smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Love people and naturally build genuine connections with clients.
• Confident, personable, and comfortable having sales conversations.
• Able to turn a great interaction into a booking and a booking into a rebooking.
• Motivated by goals and able to hit individual and studio targets.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple front desk tasks.
• Willing to do what is needed to keep the studio running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized hospitality at every touchpoint.
• Manage check-in/check-out with warmth and detail.
• Answer phones, texts, emails promptly and professionally.
• Educate clients on treatments, memberships, and promotions.
• Support Skin Therapists in driving enhancements, memberships, and rebooking.
• Own the rebooking conversation and drive bookings and retention.
• Keep front desk and client areas clean, organized, and inviting.
• Assist with inventory, retail, and general studio operations.
• Work collaboratively with team and leadership.
