Heyday in Manhattan is seeking a part-time Front of House ambassador to deliver exceptional client hospitality in person, by phone, and online. You will educate guests on memberships, assist with check-in/check-out, and support estheticians while maintaining a welcoming studio environment.

You’ll join a growing brand known for its community-oriented culture. This role offers a competitive hourly wage and opportunities to contribute to events and social media storytelling.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail customer service preferred.
• Comfort with social media for brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level hospitality to clients in person, over the phone, and online.
• Educate clients on promotions, memberships, and future appointments.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, assist with re-stocking, and support product sales/returns.
• Support Estheticians with smooth check-in/check-out experiences.
• Help with daily shop upkeep, including sanitizing and maintaining Heyday’s aesthetic.
• Assist with onboarding and training new FOH team members.
• Act as a hospitality lead, ensuring the client experience stays consistent and elevated.
• Serve as a liaison to Marketing, sharing studio insights and ensuring promotions are activated.
• Support social media efforts by creating authentic, engaging content.
• Participate in local events and grassroots initiatives to build community presence.
