Job summary

Heyday is seeking passionate, service-oriented individuals to join our skincare-forward team. You will provide high-level customer service in-person, over the phone, and online, educate clients on promos, memberships, and future appointments, and assist with product sales and shop tasks.

The role supports Skin Therapists, helps maintain Heyday’s distinctive aesthetic, manages check-in/check-out, and trains new Host team members.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
• Confident when recommending memberships, packages, and products
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to take initiative and perform duties without direction
• Excellent communication with a wide range of personalities
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette
• Superior organizational skills
• Flexibility to work non-traditional schedule including weekends, opening, and closing shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service in-person, over the phone, and online
• Educate clients on promotions, memberships, packages, and future appointments
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with sales, returns, and stock replenishment
• Assist in daily shop tasks: sanitizing, cleaning, and general maintenance
• Support Skin Therapists to ensure smooth check-in/check-out
• Maintain Heyday aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture
• Train and coach new Host team members
• Shop cleaning of treatment rooms, front desk, lobby, shelves, and offices
• Oversee laundry, deliveries, garbage, and recycling
• Review shift changes and announcements at start of shift
