Heyday in Manhattan is seeking a part-time Front of House associate to warmly greet clients, answer calls, and guide visits. You will educate guests on promotions, memberships, and upcoming appointments while upholding Heyday’s welcoming, energetic atmosphere.

You will also assist Estheticians, help with inventory and sales, and ensure daily shop upkeep and sanitizing. This is a great entry into a growing skincare brand with collaborative team culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level hospitality to clients in person, over the phone, and online
• Educate clients on promotions, memberships, and future appointments
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with re-stocking and sales/returns
• Support Estheticians with smooth check-in/check-out experiences
• Maintain studio cleanliness and Heyday aesthetics
