Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide hospitality from registration to checkout.
• Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and share information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete money handling duties.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges/credits in folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups; provide room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and thoroughly.
