Qualifications

• One year related experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets all guests at the front desk.
• Registers guests and assigns rooms.
• Answers all calls at Front Desk when necessary.
• Informs guests of room types and rates and confirms length of stay.
• Operates key systems and introduces staff to guests on duty.
• Performs payment verification and cashiering duties.
• Handles routine guest inquiries and problems by phone or in person.
• Performs other tasks as required.
