Job summary

Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead our Front Office and Guest Services teams, guiding guest arrivals, check-ins, and departures with a premium service standard.

You will coach colleagues, ensure service recovery, and collaborate with Security, Housekeeping, and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience in a dynamic Bellevue setting.

Qualifications

• Three years or more of progressive hotel Front Office/Guest Services management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Experience overseeing Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Services operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the short- and long-term planning and daily management of Front Office and Guest Services operations.
• Oversee Front Desk and Guest Services functions.
• Develop and coach the Front Office leadership team and staff.
• Ensure consistency of arrival, check-in, stay, and departure service.
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty metrics.
