Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
• The primary responsibility of the Lobby Ambassador is to warmly welcome and assist guests, deliver exceptional customer service, and foster a safe, welcoming, and professional environment that enhances the overall guest experience.
• Supports in the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department within the Rooms Division.
