Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet new arrivals, provide room keys, and offer information.
• Handle online and phone reservations, managing room assignments.
• Answer guest questions about rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with housekeeping for room readiness.
• Highlight available amenities and encourage guest services.
• Manage group reservations and special attention for VIP guests.
