TPG Hotels & Resorts in Jupiter, FL is hiring a Part-Time Front Desk Agent at the Fairfield Inn Jupiter, FL. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Responsibilities include managing reservations, processing payments, answering calls and emails, and collaborating with housekeeping and management to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• Strong guest service orientation
• Basic accounting skills
• Familiarity with hospitality industry practices
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Proficiency with computer, calculator, phone and other office equipment
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Greeting and Check-In: welcome guests and verify reservations and provide information about services and policies
• Check-Out and Payment Processing: handle checkout, process payments, and issue receipts
• Phone and Email Communication: answer calls, direct inquiries, respond to emails promptly
• Reservation Management: manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications
• Guest Services: assist with requests, provide local recommendations and resolve concerns
• Administrative Tasks: manage mail, visitor log, files and front desk organization
• Security and Access Control: monitor premises and issue visitor badges
• Cash Handling: maintain cash drawer and reconcile transactions
• Multi-Tasking and Collaboration: manage multiple tasks and coordinate with housekeeping and management
• Emergency Response: follow procedures for emergencies and assist as needed
