Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver superior guest service at the resort's front desk.

Responsibilities include check-in/check-out support, handling reservations, and answering guest inquiries with a friendly, professional approach. The role offers full-time, part-time, or seasonal schedules with shifts such as 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, and 9am-5pm, including weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Front desk, reservations, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong guest-service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Handle inquiries, phone calls, and reservation requests.
• Create, modify, and manage reservations accurately.
• Provide information on resort amenities, policies, and rates.
• Resolve guest issues promptly.
• Process payments and maintain guest records.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment.
