Mt. Olympus Resort in Wisconsin Dells is hiring for 1st Shift Reservations Sales Agents. The role focuses on assisting guests with bookings, recommending accommodations and packages, and maximizing reservation opportunities. Weekends and holidays are required; the shift runs 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reservations, sales, customer service, hospitality, or call center operations is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to confidently recommend and sell products, services, and accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and respond to guest inquiries about room availability, rates, reservations, amenities, and packages.
• Assist guests with making, modifying, and canceling reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Promote and sell resort accommodations, packages, and additional services to maximize revenue.
• Recommend room types, upgrades, and available amenities based on guest preferences and budget.
• Provide accurate information about resort policies, rates, promotions, attractions, and services.
• Build rapport with guests by identifying needs and providing personalized recommendations.
• Handle guest concerns and reservation issues professionally, escalating complex matters when necessary.
• Enter and maintain accurate guest information and reservation details in the system.
