Job summary

Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park Resort in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver superior guest service at the resort's front desk.

Responsibilities include check-in/check-out support, handling reservations, and answering guest inquiries with a friendly, professional approach. The role offers full-time, part-time, or seasonal schedules with shifts such as 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, and 9am-5pm, including weekends/holidays.

Front Desk/Reservations

Mt. Olympus Resort in Wisconsin Dells is hiring for Front Desk Agent!

This position provides superior customer service beyond guest expectations. Front-desk employees are the first person customers speak to or interact with. Greeting and receiving guests and customer service is usually a common thread in all front-desk job descriptions. Responsibilities for a front-desk often include answering a multi-line phone system and greeting and directing guests, as well as staff. Duties include responding to guest inquiries, service issues and other general questions or concerns as appropriate.

We are looking for full-time, part-time, or seasonal employees to join the team!

Schedule:

7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm
Weekends and holidays required; schedule may vary based on hotel occupancy and departmental needs.

Pay Rate:

$15.00–$17.00 per hour

Position Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, and reservation requests professionally.
• Create, modify, and manage reservations accurately.
• Provide information about resort amenities, services, rates, and policies.
• Respond to guest concerns and help resolve issues promptly.

• Previous front desk, hotel, or reservations experience is preferred but not required.
