The Moore in Miami invites a friendly Front Desk Agent to join our front office team. You will warmly greet guests, assist with reservations, and manage arrival and departure details to ensure a seamless experience for members and visitors.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service, experience in hotel front desk or reception, and strong organizational and communication skills. This role requires energy, dependability, and a proactive approach to guest needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service position
• Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Must be energetic, dependable and motivated to work

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Register guests collecting necessary information and dates of stay
• Welcome guests on arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about hotel, rooms, rates, and amenities
• Respond to client complaints professionally
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready
