Job summary

The Moore in Miami Design District seeks a Rooms Manager to lead the hotel rooms division, including Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and guestroom operations for 15 suites. This role drives guest satisfaction, financial discipline, and everyday operational excellence with a focus on luxury service and precise execution.

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you will ensure reservations, check-ins/check-outs, guest requests, and daily checklists are completed to The Moore’s standards,

Qualifications

• Experience leading a rooms division in a hotel setting.
• Strong operational and financial controls in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to train and develop frontline supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and guestroom operations for a 15-suite Hotel.
• Ensure reservations, check-ins/outs, guest messaging, and deposits are accurate and smooth.
• Maintain SOPs, pass-ons, logs, and reports; drive continuous improvement.
• Lead a visible, high-standard guest service culture and present in public areas.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure cleanliness, ambiance and presentation standards.
