Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Downtown is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to welcome guests from arrival through their stay, delivering a memorable first impression and personalized service.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with check-in/out, guiding them to amenities, coordinating with the lobby team, and maintaining a spotless entrance. The role requires strong communication, flexibility, and a positive, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the past six months.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems as they arise.
• Outgoing and engaging communication style.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and welcome them to the hotel.
• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and escort to the front desk.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a sincere interest in guests.
• Open doors for arriving guests and assist with luggage.
• Park and retrieve vehicles as requested by guests.
• Explain hotel amenities and local information to guests.
• Work with lobby attendants to maintain a clean and organized entrance area.
• Collaborate with other attendants to ensure a personalized guest experience.
