Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to guide the Front Office team and elevate guest experiences. You will lead Front Desk, Guest Services, Bell, and Concierge operations, acting as Manager on Duty to ensure seamless hotel performance.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, service excellence, and collaboration across departments to deliver exceptional hospitality. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of Front Office, Guest Services, or hotel supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a full-service or luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front Office operations and staff to ensure exceptional guest service.
• Oversee Front Desk, Guest Services, Bell, and Concierge operations.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and coordinate with parking, security, and other teams.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence in the lobby and guest areas.
• Ensure warm, efficient, personalized service throughout the guest stay.
• Support scheduling, staffing, payroll, and payroll-related tasks.
