Job summary

PARKVIEW HOSPITALITY LLC is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to hotel guests. You will assist with check-in/check-out, issue room keys, and process payments while coordinating with housekeeping to manage room availability.

Strong communication and a positive attitude are essential for delivering a superior guest experience. Ideal candidates are friendly, English-proficient, computer-literate, and able to handle challenging situations with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

Friendly and outgoing personality.
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Computer literacy.
Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation.
Able to lift 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

Monitor knowledge of hotel operations and activities.
Take reservations and answer questions via phone, email, and in-person.
Build rapport with guests and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions.
Describe the features and amenities of guest rooms.
Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.
