Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Valparaiso is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage registrations at our hotel. You will handle inquiries, calls, and smooth front desk operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, energetic demeanor to support a positive hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED; related experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail is essential.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and reservation management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome: greet, register, issue keys, and assist guests for a memorable arrival.
• Guest Service: answer and transfer calls promptly with excellent service.
• Attention to Detail: monitor lobby, maintain records, complete reports and invoices.
• Positive Energy: bring a upbeat, energetic attitude to the team.
• Problem Solving: listen and resolve guest concerns promptly.
