You will greet guests, manage reservations, answer inquiries about services and local attractions, and coordinate with housekeeping to keep rooms ready.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with front desk software and basic computer applications.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Check guests in and out accurately while maintaining reservations and billing.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security.
