Job summary

Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and provide information about services. You will assist with phone inquiries, help with luggage, and ensure guest satisfaction during their stay.

The role requires friendly, efficient service, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle weekend shifts. A Texas driver’s license is preferred for occasional may use of shuttle services or errands.

Qualifications

• Previous guest or customer service experience preferred.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with good driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out with accurate information and requests.
• Answer phones and assist with guest luggage.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel services to answer questions.
• Assist with guest requests and special arrangements.
