Job summary

Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center is seeking a Front Services Agent to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and manage valet parking with professionalism. The role includes giving hotel tours, delivering items to rooms, and providing shuttle service to guests, contributing to a high standard of guest experience.

The position requires a friendly, service-oriented mindset; a Texas driver’s license with a clean record is required, and candidates must be 21

Qualifications

• Previous guest or customer service experience preferred.
• Texas Driver’s License with good driving record required.
• Must be over 21 years old for vehicle driving insurance purposes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the hotel entrance.
• Unload luggage and issue room keys and name badges.
• Provide a hotel tour and explain services and restaurants.
• Deliver valet parking services and assist guests with vehicles.
• Deliver items to rooms and assist with luggage on busy days.
• Drive the company shuttle for guests as needed.
