Island Hospitality is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to manage guest check-in/check-out, assist vendors, and maintain a polished front desk. You will be the reference for guests and vendors, requiring professionalism and courteous communication.

This position may require flexible scheduling availability, and you should be prepared for a fast-paced hospitality environment. Excellent guest service and a calm demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated team player with initiative and a desire for achievement.
• Ability to handle problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
• Able to work well in stressful situations.
• Be readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/Check-out hotel guests.
• Process payments according to established hotel requirements.
• Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors.
• Prepare all necessary reports during each shift for the management team.
