Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Register guests into the computer, verifying reservation, address, and credit information.
• Accept payment for guests’ accounts at registration and checkout.
• Maintain a house bank and report receipts daily.
• Post miscellaneous charges as requested.
• Assist concierge in handling mail and facsimiles and provide local information.
• Book reservations for guests approaching the Front Desk.
• Assist guests with check-out and process various forms of payment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel information, local attractions and room categories.
