The Hotel Front Desk position at NMS is responsible for all hotel front desk related functions. It emphasizes safety, integrity and delivering best-in-class service to guests.

Responsibilities include greeting and registering guests, handling check-outs, processing payments, maintaining reservations, and ensuring reports are accurate and up-to-date in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Familiar with computer systems and cash handling.
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English.

Aufgaben

• Greet and register guests and provide room assignments, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Assist guests with luggage and/or other personal items and handle checkouts in a friendly, professional manner.
• Verify that all updated contingency reports have been run and ensure credit card drafts are in balance.
• Print registration cards for next day arrivals and balance accounts to zero, including rebates and misc. charges.
• Inform management of any discrepancies and complete required reports for designated managers.
• Assist with guest complaints and general services requiring immediate attention, maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
