Qualifications

• Front desk or customer service experience in a hotel or similar setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out guests promptly and professionally.
• Process payments accurately (cash, cards, deposits) per procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with care.
• Promote hotel services and upsell room upgrades when possible.
• Respond to complaints with prompt service recovery.
• Coordinate with management and other departments for guest needs.
• Assist with concierge duties and special guest requests.
