Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Guest Services Agent to be the first point of contact for guests at the front desk. You will process check-ins, answer questions, and support the Operations Manager with daily hotel operations.

Responsibilities include handling reservations, upselling rooms, and ensuring guest satisfaction while following Sonesta Service standards. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of hotel or retail customer service preferred.
• Fluent English; other languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and issue room keys; provide information on hotel services and location.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Process cash and card transactions following procedures.
