Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to handle front desk tasks, greet guests, register arrivals, and provide information on hotel services and directions. You’ll be the brand’s first impression and uphold Sonesta Service standards.

This role requires a high school diploma, one year of hotel or retail experience, fluent English, basic math, and computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Opera). Availability in mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of hotel or retail customer service experience.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; other languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Register guests, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
• Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions.
• May book guest reservations and upsell rooms when possible.
• Maintain security of guest information and cash handling.
• Support front desk operations and communicate with shifts and management.
• Work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
