Job summary

The Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Mary is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to ensure a welcoming arrival and smooth departure experience for every guest. You will handle check-ins/outs efficiently, communicate clearly with guests, manage routine tasks like mail and rate inquiries, and uphold cleanliness and hospitality standards across the hotel.

Ideal candidates have experience in hospitality, a can-do attitude, strong listening and communication skills, and availability for varied shifts

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred.
• Can-do attitude with willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a hotel environment.
• Listening and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong communication and guest service focus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
