Job summary

The Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Mary at Colonial Townpark is hiring a Housekeeper to clean and prepare guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces to the highest standards. You will stock carts, assist with laundry, and ensure areas are organized and safe throughout your shift.

The ideal candidate has prior hospitality or service experience, a positive, can-do attitude, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service preferred.
• Can‑Do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to work well in stressful, high‑pressure situations.
• Listening and conflict resolution skills.
• Clear communication and guest service focus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work varied schedules (evenings, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Arrive on time and clock in for every shift; clock out on time.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
• Stock room supplies on the assigned cart and assist with laundry.
• Complete pre-cleaning duties and assist with additional cleaning projects.
• Attend morning stand‑up and follow supervisor directions.
• Maintain clean, organized front and back of house areas.
