Job summary

Moxy is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver attentive, courteous service to guests from arrival through their stay, while maximizing occupancy and revenue. The role includes handling reservations and answering calls during shifts.

The agent will ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs, respond to guest requests, and operate the front desk system with accuracy, maintaining a polished front office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree in Hotel or Hospitality preferred.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience handling cash and accounting procedures.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
• Respond to guests’ requests, problems and complaints at the front desk or via reservations.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services and the area.
• Follow Lexima/Brand credit policies.
• Be aware of rates, packages, and promotions.
• Be familiar with in-house groups and dates.
• Obtain information when taking room reservations and quote rates accordingly.
• Operate all front desk computer systems and tools.
