Job summary

Eurest USA is hiring a General Manager to lead daily foodservice operations within a Client Data Center portfolio. This role oversees operational execution, financial performance, food safety, hospitality, and team engagement while delivering a consistently excellent client and guest experience.

You will collaborate with Compass@Client leadership and Eurest Operations to ensure service excellence in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment and support implementation of initiatives and service

Qualifications

• Five years of retail operational foodservice management experience preferred.
• Experience in budgeting, cost controls, and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a 24/7 operation in a client environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation of one or more foodservice programs in a Client Data Center environment.
• Oversee financial performance, food safety, hospitality, and team engagement.
• Ensure operational excellence and timely service delivery in a fast-paced setting.
• Partner with client leadership to implement initiatives and service improvements.
• Hire, train and develop management staff; conduct regular management meetings.
