Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Food Service Supervisor to lead a fast-paced, guest‑facing operation. You will supervise daily service, staffing, prep, and inventory across your zone, delivering the 452 Hospitality standard with safety and quality at the forefront.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in quick service supervision, strong communication, and the ability to train staff while maintaining a clean, efficient work environment. This is a fulltime, on‑site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of quick service management and/or operations supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming experiences for guests and clients.
• Ensure location is stocked, prepped and staffed for daily operation.
• Oversee daily operations including service quality, safety and cleanliness.
• Train new employees and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain organization and communicate pre-shift updates to the team.
