Responsabilités

• Ensure the restaurant line is clean, organized, and line equipment functions properly.
• Support crew training, scheduling, and performance feedback to develop future leaders.
• Handle cash and office tasks per policies; assist with miscellaneous duties as needed.
• Monitor food safety, hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature on the line.
