Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. You will keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment and help resolve issues to deliver great customer service.

You’ll also support front-of-house training, assist with crew performance and daily admin tasks, and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team focused on Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew.
• Assist with office administration and banking policies.
• Monitor breaks, shifts and line schedules.
• Address customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
