Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill seeks a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. You will maintain a clean line, ensure equipment works, and guide staff to deliver excellent service.

The role requires hands-on leadership, attention to food safety, crew scheduling, and ongoing training to develop future leaders. A strong restaurant background and a high school diploma are preferred, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Has a high school diploma.
• Has restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
• Help resolve food quality issues
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time and temp checks
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew
• Assist with crew performance reviews
• Develop future Service Leaders
• Handle general office tasks: banking, cash handling policies
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained
• Ensure adequate supplies are available
