Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader in Akron, OH to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew.

You will keep the line clean and staffed; you’ll be on your feet during shifts and help identify tasks to improve operations. You will bring knowledge of food safety, cash handling, and office paperwork, plus a high school diploma and restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Understanding cash-handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department requirements.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and basic administration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served.
• Address food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Ensure food safety practices including hand washing and glove changes.
• Monitor line operations and schedule coordination.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with performance reviews and leadership development.
• Support with office administration tasks and banking policies.
• Maintain equipment and order supplies as needed.
• Assist with shift changes and crew breaks.
