Job summary

Thompson Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise front-of-house and culinary teams, ensure safety and cleanliness, and manage inventory and costs to maximize profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a 50–55 hour work week, including evenings and weekends.
