Bring 1–2 years of hospitality experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a floor-first mindset. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or guest-facing environments.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Lead by example with a floor-first work style and hands-on participation.
• Basic financial awareness including labor and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, keeping service flowing and guests happy.
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed and standards.
• Coach hourly team members on service, safety, and company expectations.
• Drive sales through guest engagement and supporting events.
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, and smooth front/back of house operations.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking.
