You will greet visitors, manage passes, answer calls, coordinate events, and support office services such as mail and supplies, while adhering to security protocols. This role emphasizes professionalism, organization, and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all visitors and guests entering the facility.
  • Answer the telephone professionally and assist with presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors.
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders; coordinate mail, office supplies, and onboarding.
  • Address inquiries or complaints with a professional customer-service approach.
  • Organize on-site events, secure spaces, set up/tear down, and deliver supplies.
  • Follow security and emergency procedures and notify appropriate parties as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
  • Explain details clearly within the team and follow manager directions.
