Job summary

Target is seeking a Service & Engagement Executive Team Leader to lead a guest-focused store team, drive service standards and sales, and deliver a frictionless guest experience across checkout, pickup and digital channels.

You will recruit and develop hourly teammates and leaders, manage workloads, monitor performance, and align schedules with peak times. Training and coaching are central to growth within Target's collaborative culture and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a team of Guest Advocates and Engagement Leaders who strive to exceed guest service expectations.
• Drive total store sales and ensure departments contribute to profitability.
• Anticipate staffing needs and recruit for long and short term.
• Manage leaders to ensure training is completed and proficiency is developed.
• Coach teams through performance conversations and developmental opportunities.
