The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in hospitality, events, or related fields, with strong customer service and professional demeanor under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years coordinating events, hospitality, or related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordination and execution of meetings and events.
• Assist caterers and vendors for meetings and events.
• Facilitate meeting logistics using conference layouts.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments.
• Maintain and stock kitchens, conference rooms, and visitor offices.
• Set up and break down beverage, coffee, and food arrangements.
• Manage inventory and kitchen appliances; perform light admin duties.
• Serve as back-up receptionist and greet guests.
