Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience coordinating events, hospitality, or related areas.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Professional demeanor under pressure; client-facing interaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute meetings and events.
• Assist caterers for meetings and events, including placing orders.
• Facilitate meeting logistics with office layouts.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments.
• Maintain and stock kitchens, conference rooms, and visitor offices.
• Set up/-break down beverages, coffee, and food for daily meetings.
• Manage inventory of supplies and kitchen appliances.
• Perform light administrative duties (scanning, copying, invoicing).
• Serve as back-up receptionist and greet guests.
• Handle special projects and additional duties.
