Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking a Marketing Ambassador who is outgoing and guest-focused to greet attendees, enroll players, and assist in running events and promotions. You will handle guest questions and help with hotel room bookings, contributing to a friendly, engaging casino atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in marketing, sales, guest service, promotions, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with internet research and email communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide guests with accurate information about casino amenities, promotions, events and entertainment.
• Assist in executing casino promotions, events, drawings, and entertainment from setup to teardown.
• Promote player’s club loyalty and educate guests about benefits.
• Maintain knowledge of the player’s club system, enroll new members, manage guest accounts and redemption of points, coupons and comps.
• Emcee promotional events in a professional manner.
• Ensure accurate coupon redemption and manage funds responsibly.
