Job summary

Lululemon Athletica in Annapolis Mall is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences and expert product education within our store environment. This contract educator role emphasizes guest connection, personalized service, and active participation in omnichannel programs to support seamless shopping experiences.

The Educator will move through the floor to assist guests, restock, and maintain a luxurious store atmosphere while upholding our inclusive culture and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Right to Work and local regulatory requirements (EMEA only)
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class guest experience and product education on the sales floor
• Engage with guests, assess needs and offer customized solutions
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and maintain a luxury store environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations
• Comply with safety policies and store procedures
