Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator at Annapolis Mall to deliver world-class guest service, share product education, and connect with the community. The Educator will engage guests, demonstrate product benefits, and support end-to-end shopping experiences across in-store and omnichannel programs.

Role emphasizes inclusive teamwork, a respectful environment, and alignment with company values. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays in a store setting.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have the Right to Work evidence (EMEA only)
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing guests' time
• Assess guests' needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and omnichannel programs
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and store needs
• Receive guest feedback and work with leadership to make it right
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment and collaborate with team members
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock according to standards
• Use in-store technology to support operations and ensure a luxury environment
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean store
