• Explain product education and benefits to guests with authentic conversation.
• Process guest transactions accurately and support omnichannel options.
• Move on the floor to assist guests and address store needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to address guest feedback and improve service.
• Maintain a respectful and inclusive team environment and support store operations.
• Restock, present products, and ensure store cleanliness and safety.
